Music not playing while on wifi

Issue description: While on wifi music plays for only 5 to 11 seconds before stopping. Both at home and work networks. The issue persists when I logged into my account on my friends device (iPhone 6s iOS 9.2)

Phone: iPhone 6 Plus iOS 9.2

Spotify Version: 4.5.0.1332

Account: Premium

Troubleshooting:

1. Re-installed application 

2. Restarted device

3. Powered off and on device

4. Reset phone with imported settIngs

5. Reset phone with no imported settings

6. Tried multiple other wifi networks

7. Logged into account on a different device

As I explained above I recreated the issue on another device. This leads me to believe that the underlying issue is with my account. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
