Music quality low when launching spotify

So the when i launch spotify and start listening to a song the quality is very low as the details of the song are not there. But then when i close the app and restart it the issue is gone.

Does the issue occur over Wifi / cellular data? Have you tried disabling the app's Volume normalization to see if that has any effect on this? It's also worth checking if the Spotify equalizer is set properly. Both options are located under Settings > Playback, but it's a good idea to check the Media quality settings as well.

Something else you can try is temporarily disabling any other sound enhancements (such as third party apps) to see if that helps. If the issue persists, try performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps here.
