Music resumes at a louder volume

Music resumes at a louder volume

Plan: Premium / NZ

Device: iPhone 12 mini (iOS 15.2.1

With my Skullcandy Bluetooth headphones connected, if I pause music, and leave it paused for more than a few minutes, only with Spotify (no other music app) the sound often (not always) resets a lot louder; nearly halfway when I was listening to it at very low volume previously.

Hi there @Designic,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

We'd like to suggest that you start with performing a clean reinstall of the app to make sure there's no old cache files that's causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know if we get the same behavior if you're using a different Bluetooth device?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Take care 🙂

Live, love, laugh and listen to music 🙂

Sorry I hadn't replied. A clean install or clearing the cache didn't fix it. But I have however just figured out that it's not exclusively Spotify that it happens with, so I'll take this up with an iPhone forum 🙂

Hey @user-removed,

Thanks for the reply and for letting us know this.

You're welcome to share any solutions you get from Apple's support team here, as it might help other users experiencing similar issues.

Cheers.
