My Question or Issue

Hi there,

I’ve been having a number of issues over the last 2 weeks. I’ve updated the app, deleted the app and nothing has worked.

issue #1:

If I pause music and lock the phone, the music starts playing. The only way to stop the music is to close the app completely.

issue#2

probably the most frustrating issue. Whatever song I choose, Spotify changes the song after 5 seconds to a totally random Asian song. See attachment. I don’t know any of these bands, yet every time I choose a song one of these starts playing after 5/6 seconds. 

Issue#3

im constantly asked if I want to continue listening on web player. I haven’t listened to the web player in weeks and I’m no where near my laptop.

Hey i had/have the same Issue but it seems when you log into your account on the webbrowser and then press "sign out everywhere" under account overview it works fine afterwards. Atleast it didnt happen the last 20 mins now and the webbrowser connection is gone aswell. Hope it works for you! But i cant explain how this happened im pretty sure i never logged into spotify over the browser hope spotifyteam has some in depth solutions for this.
