Why did all my saved songs on Spotify premium just disappear?

Hello and welcome to the Spotify Community! Let me see if I can help you on this one 😉

Well seems to me, that you have two accounts!

Please, answer the following:

  1. Are you Premium?
  2. Have you tried reinstalling or signing out and in?
  3. Can you see your playlists in either play.spotify.com or Spotify client?
  4. How do you log in to Spotify's website/desktop/mac client? With Facebook or an e-mail?

You could be logging to Spotify with the wrong account, please check your e-mail to check if you have any Spotify mail 🙂

Hi. Yes I am premium, I have the family premium plan. Yes I have tried to
log in and out of my account. My playlists aren't what's missing, it's just
all the songs I've saved. I opened the Spotify app and I had no songs
saved, and I still have no songs saved. I long onto Spotify with an email.

Hey!

Could you verify that the account with email is the premium one?

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
