My Music: Songs have disappeared

My Music: Songs have disappeared

Hello,

 

I spent a very long time added a lot of music to My Music. A lot of Artists were searched and a specifi set of alubums was chosen to save. 

 

I was loving all of this music on my iPhone, but then suddenly all my music has gone! When I navigate to My Music - Songs, there is nothing there!

 

They still exist on my PC, bu they are no where to be seen on my phone. How can I get them back without going through the artist oages again?

Hey @Bazman1981

 

Just like a baby in a criddle, your music is secured with Spotify (with a nanny included). 

 

Currently, if you delete your songs from Your Music they cannot be deleted. Make sure to add them on a playlist on your PC and make it private (right click>Private) just to be safe. 

 

If you have them on your PC and not on your phone, it sounds like you might have more than one account. This usually happens when you create a Facebook account separated from regular username login. Don't worry, just contact the Spotify support team and provide them with any emails or possible usernames you might have used so they can them down and transfer them to your main account. 

 

If you receive a reply with an automated message, reply back saying you're ready to confirm.

I'm having the same trouble, but in Android. Only my playlists haven't disappeared.

The tunes are on my PC but not synced to my phone. 

 

They were there, and then suddenly disappeared. 

 

It is definitely the same account on each as the Playlists are present on both, just not the Songs.

I have the same problem, but only with saving new albums after the last update. They are available at the desktop software, but not at my iPhone App. I just use one account via Facebook.
