My Playlists don't appear on my iPhone6

Hi Spotifiers!

I am new here so bear with me if this has been resolved previously 🙂

I have spotify premium on my iPhone6 and I have been having problems with Spotify lately. It started out with songs crashing as I was listening to them and then jumping from one song to the next. I went to the Apple store and they reassured me it had nothing to do with the phone. They did some software and hardware test (this was 1 month ago) and told me to contact Spotify.

This morning as I was trying to access my playlists on my iPhone6 I could see that my account was synced with someone called "Alice Tablet". My name is not Alice and I don't have a tablet....

I decided to delete the app and install it again. As I logged in to the newly downloaded app I could see none of my Playlists on the Playlist option. It's just empty. I have loged out and logged in again but the problem is still there.

I can see my playlists on the desktop device (Mac) but I need to have access to my Playlists on the go, that's why I got the premium subscription.

I have IOS 9.3.2 and my Spotify version on the iPhone6 is 5.6.0.1110

Can anyone help?
