My music can't work in offline mode

I'm so desperate literally, and Spotify helps doesn't "helps' me at al. Quite ironic. I just both Premium, and every time I switch a playlist to gear it offline, it only appears the sign of "downloading", however it doesn't. It just stay like that, and when I turn off my wifi, I can't hear any single song I switched to listen to it OFFLINE. What kind of service is this? Why can't i make my playlist work, if I already payed and my wifi connexion is really fast? Somebody please help!

How many songs are in the playlist you are trying to download?

It can take a while for the songs to download. You have to have the app open while the songs are downloading, otherwise when you close the app, it will stop downloading shortly after. 

Also, Spotify will not download songs if you do not have enough storage space left on your iPad.

Hey mine just stated doing the same thing as soon as I went to premium. And Spotify just keep getting me to delete and reinstall app and it does nothing. Have you found a solution yet?

I'm new to spotify and experiencing the exact same issue. All spotify does is telling users to reinstall which in my opinion is a no brainer. Is there a permanent solution?
