My Spotify won't shuffle

My Spotify playlist won't shuffle
I click shuffle but it just plays the songs in order
It's really annoying me
Someone help
I have premium
And I use it on an iPhone

Got the same issue, tried everything to resolve and still wont shuffle randomly through playlists.

I deleted and reinstalled the app. Sorted by title, then hit shuffle. Seems to be working for me now.

My Spotify won't stay shuffled. It shuffles 2 songs and then starts playing them in order. I have tried restarting my phone
Deleting the app and re downloading it
Updating the app
Updating my phone
Nothing has worked. I am a premium user and I have a lot of playlists so not having this feature is frustrating.

I just had to clear my queue and it worked! Hope this helps.
