My account is for Premium Duo yet I’m still getting commercials.

I have signed in to Spotify and I’m listed as Duo Premium, yet the commercials keep coming.

Thanks for reaching out.

When you head into the Spotify app settings, and then click on Account, does it show you're on Premium? If not, you've likely accepted the Premium Duo invite with a different account than the one you're currently logged into within the app. 

You can log in at https://spotify.com/account to check your plan as well.
