My family subscription only works on my Mac, not on my phone

My family subscription only works on my Mac, not on my phone

Hi,

 

I paid for the family subscription. It works well on my macbook. However, it still appears that my account is FREE on my iPhone. I've logged in and out multiple times and reinstalled the app mutiple times, but it still appears as FREE.

 

Is there any solution for this problem?

Hey @hiscmos,

 

Good to have you here. Let's look into this! 

 

A Premium account should give you Premium on every device. I personally think you're logged into a different account on your iPhone. 

 

We'd suggest checking out this page for the basic troubleshooting like logging out and logging in again, maybe your device and account haven't synced.

 

If it still doesn't work take a look at this page to see if you actually have a second Free account 🙂
