Which album?

Are you both in the same country?

The availability of songs on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.
Spotify has no control over what content is available.

Sometimes it is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others.

we both live in florida and he claims to have all these 2014 albums and i dont?

The reason you probably don't see them is because most of his new albums have a lot of different featuring artists on them, so Spotify categorizes the album artist as "Various artists".

You can still find these albums if you go to Eminem's artist page and scroll all the way down to the "appears on" section.

The 2014 albums I see for Eminem using the USA version of Spotify are these:

Click them to open in Spotify

Eminem – Guts Over Fear

Various Artists – SHADYXV (clean version)

Various Artists – SHADYXV (dirty version)

Various Artists – Detroit Vs. Everybody (clean version)

Busta Rhymes – Calm Down: The Clash EP

Trick Trick – Twerk Dat Pop That (feat. Eminem & Royce da 5'9")
