My music won't play

When I have full internet connection Spotify won't let me play my music, and it blocks my music off, and ALWAYS says that I'm offline

I have a similar problem. Every time I open spotify on my Ipod touch I'm offline (with full wi-fi connection) and it takes a few minutes to start. When it start I can't restart from the last song or playlist I'm playing the last time but I have to start form "zero". I try to reinstall but the problem remain. All these things can't happen when I use spotify on my Windows PC or Android phone.

Yes, I have and it still didn't work. But somehow after an hour of trying different things, it started to work again
