I was able to sync 20 songs to my playlist and successfully can play them on my iPhone. The problem is my friend is following this playlist and can see only 2 songs.
He is already following me in other playlists and there hadn't been any problem.
Is it a problem from my side or his and what's the procedure to make this work?
Thanks,
Are the tracks in that playlist local files stored on your computer?

Yes
In order for your friend to sync all of the tracks on your playlist, any local files will need to be present on his computer as well. Hope this helps, if you have any questions please let us know.
Thanks for your prompt reply.
Please correct me if I'm wrong, what I understood from what you're saying is if I have any song locally and want to add it to the playlist, then the only way for all my friends to see it(on the playlist) is taking this file from my machine to their machine? What if I have for example, 20 followers, then they can't see it?
If that so, I'm sure there's another way.

That is correct, but giving them the track would also be copyright infringement!
My suggestion is, if you want to make playlists for sharing don't use your local files, make the playlists only from tracks in the Spotify catalogue.

Thank you all for the help.
Then, what if the song is not found in the spotify catalogue?
I just needed some clarifications on the whole process 🙂

If the song is not in the Spotify catalogue, your friend will not be able to listen to it via Spotify from your playlist.
