My playlist will not play on my iphone anymore.

My playlist will not play on my iphone anymore.

I have premium, and everything is payed for (checked the receipt), but now all of a sudden, my iphone app says that I don`t have premium and therefor can`t play any of my playlists. What to do?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

1) Have you checked your subsriptions page to make sure you are still successfully premium?
2) Try going on Spotify desktop, it should say 'Spotify premium' at the top.
3) Try reinstalling the Spotify app.
4) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
