Não consigo adicionar música na minha playlist

Várias músicas não consigo adicionar nas minhas playlists antigas já criadas. Tive que criar uma playlist nova para adicionar novas músicas

Thanks for coming to the Community. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Could you provide us with more information on what exactly you are experiencing on your end? What are the specs (make/model/OS) of the affected device and is this issue persistent using a different network?

 

A short video recording  or a screenshot of the error message you get when trying to add the songs to your old playlist would be very helpful.

same problem here. I’m using iPhone and it doesn’t allow me to add some musics on my playlist. There’s no error, just nothing happens when I select the playlist I want to add that music

Can you let us know the model, OS version and Spotify version of your phone? Also, does this happen if you try to add songs to just one specific playlist or any playlist at all?

Olá, não consigo adicionar músicas as minhas playlists e nem consigo ouvir músicas de outras playlists, quando vou colocar para ouvir as musicas de outras playlists ele marca como se tivesse que ser Premium ou ele manda oara o início e diz para ouvir playlists feitas só para mim, e nas minhas playlists eu consigo adicionar musicas, mas diz como se eu não tivesse adicionado nada pois não tem nenhuma música, meu telefone é um A05s da Samsung e mudei os meus dados para ele a pouco tempo, sempre consegui ouvir normalmente músicas no meu antigo telefone, se puderem ajudar eu agradeço

Thanks for posting in this thread and we hope you don't mind a response in English since this is the official language of the forum.

 

It sounds like you may be logged in to another account which is on the free version of Spotify on the new phone, but no worries. 

 

If you've still got access to your old phone, check which account you're logged in to there (if that's still the case) and then use the same credentials to log in on the new phone.

 

In the app, you go to Settings and privacy > Account and in our website you go to your profile picture in the upper right corner > Account or directly open the Account Page > Edit Profile.

 

There's also a helpful article with steps for locating other accounts.
