I have payed for premium. I got the email and all saying welcome to premium. Oh guess what. Not working today. Ive emailed spotify. Tweeted spotifycares and nothing. Youve took my money i just want the service now

Hello, have you tried logging out and back in. This is so the Premium status syncs.

 

If it still shows as Spotify Free, you will need to contact Spotify Support here - https://www.spotify.com/au/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact

 

If you receive a generic automated response, and Spotify doesn't resolve your issue. Feel free to reply to the no-reply email and it will be sent directly to Spotify themselves.

Ive tried the logging in and out. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. I have recieved the generic email and replyed and got nothing. Im just upset about it all because i paid and not getting the service which is the best out of all the other music apps for me.

If you have replied, and have not had an email replying to you back, please wait at least 24 - 48 hours, where the issue can be corrected. Spotify has a lot of emails to go through.

But i shouldnt be having to do this. I should be getting my premium. I paid for it. Thats the thing upsetting me.

maybe you have a second account or something happened with the payment itself, so that's why you need to get in touch with the Spotify guys.

 

do you have a receipt for that payment you did on your email? can you post a screenshot of it?
