Newest iPhone update: all music gone

Newest iPhone update: all music gone

After installing the newest update on my iPone I was asked to re-log in to my account. Upon logging in I noticed all of my music and playlists are gone as if I was just using the app for the first time. My music is still present on my computer just not on my phone. I have reinstalled the app and restarted the device and that hasn't helped.

It turns out I had two accounts on the same email with different passwords. I had logged in with the wrong password. Problem solved.

Hey @teenwolfdh12, what method are you using to log in to your account? Email address and password, or logging in via Facebook? It's possible you may have created two accounts, one with email and one with Facebook.

It turns out I had two accounts on the same email with different passwords. I had logged in with the wrong password. Problem solved.
