No option to save albums as a premium member

No option to save albums as a premium member

On my old account, which no longer has premium, I was able to search for an album and tap download and get the entire album right away.

Now, on my new account with premium, I only have an option to shuffle the album. I can manually save songs one by one, but that's pretty tedious.

Attached is a comparison. Why? Why is this happening?

Also on the old account. The last thing at the bottom is my library. On my new account, it's just playlists. What's happening here? Please help.

Two weeks and no one knows what's wrong here?

This is a recent change to Spotify. New accounts no longer get the full library feature; they can only save individual songs to playlists and browse that way. Yes, it's stupid. No, Spotify won't help you. I suggest switching to a different service such as Apple Music; it's what I did and I couldn't be happier. Unlike Spotify, Apple actually offers customer support.
