My Question or Issue

 Thousands of posts to this issue here since 6 years - no suggested solution works! 

PLEASE can someone from Spotify look after that issue? It is quite annoying!!! Don't tell me about "uninstall", "logoff", "restart" and stuff like that. 

Why isn't it possibly to create a ONE PAGER for that issue where everthing is clarified? Point 1, 2, 3 - do this, do that, and everything works. Really annoying!

Thanks for bringing this up. Let's see what we can do about it 🙂

 

In the subject of your post it says "No use of mobile network" - does this mean that you do not have access to a mobile network, or that you are on a mobile network but that Spotify doesn't work?

 

If it's the latter, could you try streaming on a WiFi network and seeing if it works then?

Also, do you get any error message? If so, could you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end when you try to listen to music?
