Not getting my playlists and premium at the same time..?

Not getting my playlists and premium at the same time..?

I just updated my account, and registered by logging in via facebook. When I log in the app via facebook I get the premium account, but all my playlists are gone. When I log in with username and password, my playlists are there but my premium account is gone. What do I do?

Hey Marthethupp! Welcome to the community!

 

You are having two accounts, one with a Spotify Premium subscription and one with your playlists. You can ask a Spotify staff member to transfer your playlists to your other account, just fill out this form and an agent will work his/her magic!
