asking premium user to log in using offline mode

i was listen in offline mode because i was in a mountain (no wifi no 3G) and after some songs, music stops and spotify ask me to log in (im a premium user and i dont understand this)

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Is the time before it logs you out similar? As if it's a long time, please note that it is required to login to Spotify/go online once at least every 30 days to verify the subscription.

Have you tried reinstalling the Spotify app?

Also, might be worth going to Settings>Playback and make sure offline mode is on for when you go out of network range.

Are you logging in with facebook or Spotify?

Hello Anthony,
I install to app and log in less than 30 days ago.
I log in vía Facebook
I dont want to install the app again, i want / need a premum service as i pay.
If happen again i guess i will downgrade
My iPhone 5 is new also

Not sure how the offline mode on iOS works, but have you tried logging in with your Facebook details? Also if you load the Facebook app is it logged out? 

Sometimes my BB doesn't detect its offline but will still allow me to sign in using my username and password.

Im having the same issue! I cant log in... it says its conecting, I have spotify premium as well and thought I had been listing to music all this time with out wifi nor 3G.... no I dont have both and cant listing to no music. Why does this happen?...
