Paid for premium individual through web but the app doesn’t upgrading to premium account

Hey there! Thanks for posting here in the Community.

Can you try logging on a different device, like the Desktop app, or Web Player, and check if you experience the same? You can also double-check on this page here if you see your receipt from your recent Premium subscription.

If nothing works and you still can't use your Premium features, I'd suggest logging out and logging in twice in a row onto your Spotify account. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.
