Nothing on my iPhone 5s is playing

Solved!

Nothing on my iPhone 5s is playing

I pay for premium spotify and in the last week and a half, nearly everything has stopped working!
- Songs are not playing. I will click on them and they just simply will not play, whether they were offline or online (at this point i deleted and re-downloaded the app).
- Since re-downloading, none of my playlists will download to offline. Only one, and this playlist will automatically 'undownload' itself if i ever quit the app. And it will only let me play songs that are downloaded; so considering NONE of them will download it means i can't play any music.
- If i can get a song to play, it will stop half way through for no reason.

Please help ASAP. It sucks paying for something that doesn't work at all. I have searched lots of forums and deleted the app twice. Helphelphelp!

To anyone who is having the 'same problem'; try turning your phone off and on 😞 Everything works fine now...I'm a fool.

I had the same issue. I found out that the wifi Connection I was using was bad and there was also a conflict between wifi mode andcellular data mode. You ca try tbe following: put you phone on plane mode and open wifi only. Check to see id spotify works. Try also just to turn off the wifi and turn on the cellular data. One of the 2 should work

Hey thanks! I have just tried turning my phone off and on (i feel like an idiot) but it seems to be working now...I don't want to get my hopes up too fast though. I'll try out your suggestion if it doesn't continue to work! Cheers 🙂

Sorry, i have big fingers... In my previous post replace ca by can,tbe by the and id by if ...
