Off line device

Off line device

Hello, I am a premium client. I can not ear off line. It is said I have no device off line. What do I have to do? 

At my tools doesn't appear the function off line.....

Hello @Evelynpisabarro, and welcome to the community. 

 

Did you recently upgrade to premium? You should try to log out and then in again. And if that doesn't work, you can try to re-install the Spotify app. 🙂

Hello, thanks for your help. But I am afraid, it doesn't work. I did both things. I downloaded a play list, several times and still says, when I am off line, that it isn't down loaded. When I go to the tools, doesn't appear the function off line.....don't know what to do....
