Music I have downloaded won't work when I'm offline. Any of you had or has this problem?

Have you already tried a clean install? This can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble on your device.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you please provide some more information for us, describing your app version, OS version, and device model?
