Offline music lost after being promted to re-logging in

This is the second time this has happened to me... When opening the iPhone (6s) app I was asked to log in (even though I didnt log out), but when logged back in all music saved for offline was showing as needing to be redownloaded. They green arrows had turned to grey.

This time it happened after the phone crashed from a low battery - my iphone likes to shut down anywhere below 15%. And Im pretty sure the last time it happened after a iOS update.

Anyway, my account is always in good standing and this is incredibly inconvenient. It causes me to use data I shouldnt have to and takes forever to re-download everything.

Any idea whats going on?

This happened again yesterday. Just after I had re-downloaded all lost offline music from the previous incident...

Again, my iPhone shut down at 20% battery, once restarted I had to login to Spotify again, and now all offline music has to be downloaded all over again. Almost 2,000 songs. 

This is an incredibly inconvenient bug!

This happened again today. On a new phone. 

I was having trouble connecting the phone to Ford Sync via Bluetooth so I restarted it. Once back on I opened Spotify, was forced to re-log in, and all downloaded content is missing again. 1500+ songs, ugh.

Wondering if this bug actually occurs due to the phone being restarted while Spotify is open?

For the second time, I have lost all offline music too. Actually not exactly. All offline songs lost EXCEPT those that were included in a playlist. Weird. I haven't noticed any possible pattern or iPhone issue (such as flat battery, OS update, etc.) leading to the accident.

This is really pain in the **bleep**, Spotify, please investigate.
