Offline

Hey! I'm having my first problem with this app and it's very aggravating. Anytime I have hit the "Available Offline" switch from off to on it syncs and every has been good. Recently I've noticed it hasn't been syncing my new songs. I've kinda ignored it and only listened to my offline tunes I already had, but Slipknot came out with a new album and I need it lol. I tweeted at spotify cares, but they stopped responding. I deleted the app re-downloaded it and now all my music isn't available offline and I need wifi for everything. Can anyone help? (I do pay for spotify, I'm a premium member)

I have the same problem and several others users here have also reported the same issue.
