hello!   My on repeat only updates wheni fully re-install and de-install and re-install the app  which is obviiously annoying cause I had my library maxed out. Moreover it simply could not be that I’m not listening to new music as I have a voracious music taste and listen to a new album everyday at least.  And for years of premium it updated every 2-8 days with a totally new playlist minus at most 3 songs because I had such wide taste. Even Furthermore, after re-installing it updated exactly once and never again.  I’m not gonna keep loosing my library when I logged out, de-installed, changed devices, have Spotify auto-updating have IOS auto-updating! I’ve done everything except for a factory reset for my entire phone which I refuse to do.  What Is wrong? It works fine on my friends with iPhone 6s and 7s and 8s but mine is 2 gen newer. I’m up to date on IOS and Spotify my library is totally clear because of the de-install and I have over 20 GB of space on my phone memory, connection to ICloud and 4G LTE and high speed wi-fi! What could I possibly be doing wrong?

Hey @coasterdude420,

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

Before we continue investigating this, can you please answer the following questions?

  • When was the last time your On Repeat playlist was updated? You can check this in the Date added column of the playlist's tracks in the desktop app.
  • Have you checked whether the playlist updates differently on another device?
  • When you're referring to your friends' iPhones, do you mean they work normally with their accounts or yours?

Keep us posted.

You'd be happy to know that the on repeat playlist updated indepenntly yesterday which suggests that it had either not been 5 days, I had not listened to enough songs (which seems weird for reasons I described above) or Spotify lagging out.  however it IS working now. and I'm very glad.
