Option "avaible offline" do not work

When I flag the option "avaible offline" the download do not start. So, I go back to previous page and click on the music again, the option "avaible offline" is not flagged anymore.
I've tried to delete the app and your data, and download again. But the problem continues.
I've tried to restart de iPhone but did not work too.
So, I restore another backup from iPhone, and did not work too.
My account is premium.
iPhone version: 6S
iOS version: 9.3.4
Spotify version: 5.7.0.1055
Please help me, I need to download my musics! Thanks!

Sounds obvious so sorry if you've already checked but do you have enough storage space on your phone?

Yes! I have 5,2 GB and I do not have 3.333 musics! I forgot to mention! Thanks!
