Organize Playlists Alphabetically and sending playlists

Is there any way to organize playlists alphabetically on the iPad-app? And how can I send a playlist to my wifes newly created account?

If you mean the tracks inside playlists then yes. On the playlist view scroll up until you can see the Filter bar and then tap Sort. There is no way to sort playlists by name.

And how can I send a playlist to my wifes newly created account?

On the playlist view, below the cover artwork there is a row of 4 buttons. The 3rd one from the left will open the share dialogue and give you all of the options of how to share it.

But if I want to send her list directly, she doesn't appear in my Spotifypeoplelist. How do I put her in my Friendslist if I don't have Facebook?

Unfortunately its not currently possible to share with non-Facebook friends in the iOS applications. All I can do is suggest you send her a link to the playlist via another medium such as email.
