Play music

I can't play my music. It's grey and won't play. And it's just certain songs from an artist, not all of that artist songs. Why is it like that? How can I play my music again?

Hey @mhnhej, help's here!

 

Sometimes, we might not have the licencing for certain tracks, meaning that they might appear greyed out within the app if they were previously available.There's some more info about content here.

 

However, there might be another reason that your seeing this if you were previously able to play the songs. Could you let us know exactly where in the app you're seeing these greyed out songs? Have you saved them anywhere, like a playlist, or in the Songs tab of Your Library?

 

If they're Local Files, we'd recommend seeing if the source of those files has changed.
