My Question or Issue

When I am playing a song on the Spotify app and I add a song to a different playlist (by navigating to that playlist, selecting the 3 dots, and selecting “Add songs” and then selecting the song to add) playback pauses and I have to click play to start it again.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

 

First, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app. This is often an overlooked step, but it’s more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing troubles with the playback.

 

If the issue persists, include in your next response the Spotify version and OS version you're currently running in your device to investigate this further.
