Playing playlist doesn't work - it jumps to the next song in queue

My Question or Issue

Recently whenever I try play a playlist it will play the first song and then jump to my queue - I read solutions are you need to clear your queue, but I have a lot of songs in there I don't know how they got there, and I can't find a way to clear the entire queue - I don't want to go through a manually delete 100+ songs.

Really frustrating for something that I think a lot of people have issues with and should be an easy fix.

Just to follow up - I've tried reinstalling the app, disabling the autoplay option in settings, and clearing the queue using the "clear queue" playlist. But as soon as I add a album to play, the queue will fill up with random songs again.

Could you try using the Sign Out Everywhere option in your Spotify's account page and probably changing your password?
