Playlist Removing themselves from my Library

I go through spotify, and download all the music that I enjoy as well as various playlists. After a couple days I return to my app to play some of the downloaded music to find the playlists are in my library but no longer downloaded and have to done load these again. This isn't an issue when in a wifi area, the problem is a often work in remote areas where 1) data is costly and 2) Often there isnt any reception.

I'm finding this extremely frustrating as this often renders my subscription and app useless to me.

Is there any suggestions on how to change any setting or stop this from reoccurring?
