Playlist order has flipped

What was the bottom is now the top how do I switch it back?

They are fine on my computer but have flipped on both my iPhones ($ and 5) and I can't find that button on my phone,

Just found  solution.  In my case it was the "starred"  play list that reversed.

Drag the screen down as far as it will go and a symbol with "filter" in it appears.  To right of this is a another symbol of three line, touch this and choices of "sort by" appears - in my case I selected "Recently added" and the order of songs was put back into the correct order for me..
