Playlist privacy settings are inconsistent across platforms

After making a playlist public or secret on the desktop app, the Spotify app does not reflect that change. Moreover, if you change the privacy settings through the iOS app after changing them on the desktop, the settings will toggle in both places (but since no change was made in the app, one platform says secret and the other says public). This is very confusing as it is difficult to determine the true state of the playlist settings. Instead of toggling the setting it would be better to set the setting to whatever the user has selected.
