Playlists Songs Won’t Download

over the last few weeks, none of my playlist songs will download.  When I open any playlist, the download arrow icon just spins and spins.   
I have tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps (clear cache, update app, clear downloads, uninstall and reinstall apps) and there is plenty of storage.  Account is in good standing.

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting you've tried so far

As a next step, can you please try using a different internet connection (preferably by a different provider)? Also, please check if the same thing happens with podcast episodes.
