Playlists Won't Download

Playlists Won't Download

I have a premium account and I accidentally deleted the Spotify app when I got my new phone. When I re downloaded it all the playlists and albums I had downloaded to the app/ my phone weren't no more. I've managed to re download some of them so I can play music off line and when driving but it just keeps saying "waiting to download" and does nothing!

Hey @Flutterbug28!

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

In this case, we think that the cache of your devices might be duplicated and this could be causing the issue. To fix this up, please remove all your offline devices over here: https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/. Then, reinstall the app following these simple steps

This should fix the issue, but you need to remove the offline device before you reinstall the app. Keep in mind that you'll have to re-sync all your offline music once again.

Let us know how you get on 🙂

Thank you for your advice. I removed all devices and deleted the app and re downloaded. It shows all my playlists but how do I re sync them all back to my phone so I can listen offline?

Also, when I go to log in I try with my email address and it tells me I am using "Facebook Credentials to log into Spotify" - how do I change this so I can log in just using my email and password.
