Playlists are gone/Only free access when I'm a premium user

Playlists are gone/Only free access when I'm a premium user

Hi,

 

Hope someone can help. My search wasnt working on wifi or mobile signal on my iphone 5S. I unistalled the app and reinstalled it, logging out and in at the same time as suggested by the help pages.

 

having logged back in all my saved music is gone as are my playlists and my account is listed as free when I am a premium user. There are two playlists in my music which say they were made by me which I havent seen before.

 

Any idea of the cause and any idea how to fix?
