Playlists can not be Public AND collaborative?

If I press "Make non-collaborative" then the option to "make public" appears. So I make public. But then when I press "make collaborative" again, it goes back to secret. This is stupid annoying, seems like a very basic feature is buggy

Hey!

That's weird!
Have you tried the following?:

• Restarting your device
• Reinstalling Spotify
• Restarting Spotify
• Logging out and logging in again

I think the intention is that collaborative playlists are only for you and those with whom you decide to collaborate with. Don't quote me on that, though, I don't work for Spotify.

Thanks catee! I did see this, it's just a bit cumbersome because I have many playlists I would like to set up this way, and instead of having someone simply go to my profile and view the playlist, I now have to send each person an individual link. I was hoping there was another way

I'm not sure if this has been suggested before, but if you want you can try to create this as a new idea in the ideas board.
