Playlists containing local files become unplayable

I’ve just added a few local files from my iTunes account on my PC to my Spotify and now I can’t play any songs that are in the same playlists as the song’s I’ve transferred over, not even on shuffle.

unless I play them from another device (PS4, PC etc.) and then play it through my phone

Could you start off by logging out > restarting your device > logging back in?

If the app behaves the same, could you give us a bit more info about what you're experiencing?

Are the songs grayed out or are they just skipped when you click on them?

It'll help us a lot if you could send us a screenshot of what you see, so that we'd be able to take a closer look.

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
