Playlists deleted and song only plays for 1 and a half minutes

My playlists have been deleted and if I can even get a song to play, it only plays for about one minute and 30 seconds.

Are the playlists deleted on all of your devices or have they just disappeared on one device? Make sure you're logging in on the right account, it's very easy to have both a facebook (email) and Spotify (username) login!

After 1 minute and 30 seconds, does the song pause or does the app force close?

Try completely reinstalling the Spotify app.
