Playlists haven't loaded for 3 days in iPhone 4S

Hello, 

I am a Premium Spotify subscriber, and for the past 3 days my starred songs and playlists will not load. The starred just spins at a 'loading' status and the playlists are not even displayed, it says 0. My desktop version is fine, still displaying all of the starred and playlists. I have logged out as well as removed and reinstalled a few times but to no avail. Is this a common issue? Day 3 and I am unable to use my phone at all for music as I use almost exclusively offline mode. Help!

Yes! I did. My phone is impossible to turn off, so that was the only thing I hadn't tried for this issue. The button on the top is locked/jammed up so it's never off, but I found an app that functions as a shut off key for iphone and utlized that, and was then able to shut my phone off. After restarting and launching Spotify everything retrurned to functioning. SImple fix.
