Spotify premium: Created playlist on computer, cannot access on iPad or iPhone

I'm a spotify premium user. I made a playlist on my desktop and do not have access to it on my devices (iPhone and iPad). The playlist is not displaying at all on these devices. First time I've had this issue. Any suggestions or tips?
