Playlists not updating between pc and iphone 5s

The playlists on my iphone 5s have stopped udating automatically when 

I change the playlists on my pc. They have done so since I subscribed to Premium last year.

Any solutions would be welcome.

That's not cool! Could you please try singing out and back in several times to see if that helps? If you can, please try performing the sync using the same network connection or try another network connection if the current network doesn't work.

Loxer, I've switched off both the laptop and my phone twice but it's made no difference. I have a new laptop but all my Spotify music is on it.

Could you try a quick clean reinstall of the app, just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
