My Question or Issue

I am unable to play or download podcasts on my device. When I click the podcast to play it comes up on the playbar, but it doesn’t stream. If I try to download the podcast, the progress wheel spins as if it’s downloading, but it won’t download. I’ve tried turning my phone fully off and on and deleting and reinstalling Spotify.

I'm having the exact same issue, ive tried every single step possible to fix this issue;

• restarting my phone
• updating my phone
• deleting the app and reinstalling 

This issue began when my podcast automatically un-downloaded themselves from my library 😞
