Premium Not Working

Hi all,

 

I've had spotify for a long time now, and I finally decided today to get premium. Up until today, I just listened to my music on my PC with the web player, and I just downloaded the app onto my iphone to put the premium to use. However, the account on my phone says I have a free subscription even though I paid. Also, none of the music, which are a few hundred, from my web player is being synced onto my account on my phone. It is as though I have no music on my account.

 

If anyone can help with this, it would much appreciated!

Have you tried logging out on your phone and logging back in using the same details as you used to sign into the web version?

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

There's a few things to check. Firstly use this link to check out your spotify account and it'll show what type of account you are on. When you upgraded to premium you should have also got a confirmation email. One more thing to check is how you signed in to spotify online and on the phone. If you originally signed in with facebook do the same thing on your phone.

Hello, thank you so much for reaching out but it is still not working. Soon after paying, I got the receipt confirmation email. When I go online, it says that I have premium but my account on my phone does not. I hope this gets fixed because I am still getting charged money.
