Premium Seems to Have Broken Spotify on my iPhone

So I had premium a while back, which worked perfectly fine, and today decided to re-subscribe. So I do that on my PC. My account is through Facebook. So on my phone, I noticed premium had not kicked in. I logged out of Spotify, but when I tried to log back in through Facebook it just says "Spotify already authorized" and then goes to a loading screen with the three pulsating dots for infinity and I can't do anything. I tried turning the phone off and then back on, and I tried deleting the app and then reinstalling it. Neither of these did anything. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks for any help!

Hi @djoslyn, welcome to the community!

 

Can you please login using your username instead of email address? If you cant remember your username (usually it's your email address without the domain name), just head over to your profile page then login using your complete email address and password. Once you're logged in, click on Account overview on the left side bar. From there, you can see your username. 🙂
