Premium has reverted bact to Free - spotify advised I ask the "Community" for help  can someone help

Hi @lynnandmalcom you can renew your premium account via your subscription page. 

Under the heading 'Cancel your subscription' select 'View your options". From that page select "stay premium" 

another way is to log into your free account and click upgrade to premium once more and make sure nothing is wrong with your payment information
